Visa Reaffirms its Fiscal Year 2011 Outlook; Sees Fiscal Year 2012 Outlook In-line
Visa (V $90.22 +2.02) reaffirmed its fiscal year 2011outlook, calling
for net revenue growth of 11% to 15% (consensus: +14.4%) and EPS growth of +20%
(consensus: +25.4%) with an operating margin of approx. 60%.
The company also provided initial fiscal year 2012 financial outlook: Sees
annual net revenue growth in the high single-digit to low double-digits range
(consensus +10.8%; annual diluted class A common stock earnings per share growth
in the middle-to-high teens -- (consensus 16%).
